- We’re one of the only non-publisher-affiliated book sites, competing with publisher subsidiaries like Epic Reads and Fierce Reads. When we started Fictionist, we knew we wanted to be an independent source of book reviews and news, and we’re committed to staying that way.
- Fictionist is dedicated to becoming a first-rate source of book news and reviews, author interviews, writing tips, and more. Our readers are always looking for ways to express their love for beloved stories, ways to make reading more convenient, and ways to save money on books. If your business seems like a good fit for Fictionist’s readers, we encourage you to get in touch ASAP!
- Any and all profits from ad sales go directly toward paying Fictionist staff members and growing our publication! We have many, many plans for the future — but we can’t get there without funding and partnerships with great brands like yours!
- We came into the world in March 2017, and grew from a team of one into a team of about 10. We’re constantly working to create more (and better) content, and we’re always looking for new ways to grow — whether via conducting more author interviews, attending book conventions, or creating new podcasts.
- All of our book reviews are written by writers who chose to read those books — no forced book reports here! Just honest thoughts, written and edited by book lovers.
- We have readers from all over the world, but the vast majority of our page views come from the U.S., the U.K., and Canada.
- Our monthly page views have continued to grow as we publish more content, and we’re very proud of the thousands of users we attract each month. If you’d like more specific analytics info, we’d love to hear from you!
